The stake-side cargo body is typically constructed from thin steel plates. The side panels feature stamped longitudinal ribs and transversely welded stiffeners, designed to enhance the body's rigidity while minimizing its overall weight. The cargo floor generally consists of wooden planks overlaid with thin steel sheeting, or alternatively, utilizes a composite structure of steel and wood. The frame is typically fabricated from 16Mn steel plates that have been press-formed into structural sections, which are then joined together via welding or riveting. The frame's longitudinal and transverse beams predominantly feature a channel-section profile; the two longitudinal beams are positioned with a uniform width along their entire length, thereby endowing the frame with superior resistance to bending.
